CoFeO-graphene nanocomposites (CoFeO-GNSs) have been synthesized through an ultrasonic method combined with calcination process. The nanocomposite calcinated at 350 °C shows better rate capabilities, e.g., 696, 495, 308, and 254 mAh g at 1, 2, 5, and 10 A g, respectively.
通过超声法结合煅烧工艺合成了CoFeO-石墨烯纳米复合材料(CoFeO-GNSs)。在350℃煅烧的纳米复合材料表现出更好的倍率性能,例如,在1、2、5和10 A g时分别为696、495、308和254 mAh g。
