Abstract
Immunoperoxidase studies of rat kidney using antibody to brain type isoenzyme of creatine kinase (BB) revealed a specific staining in the epithelial cells of the thick ascending limb of the Henle's loop and collecting tubule. Occasional epithelial cells in cortical tubules that lack brush border were also positive for BB. Renal glomeruli and proximal tubules showed no immunoreactivity to this enzyme.
摘要
利用抗肌酸激酶脑型同工酶（BB）抗体对大鼠肾脏进行免疫过氧化物酶研究，结果显示，在亨氏袢升支粗段和集合小管的上皮细胞中有特异性染色。皮质小管中偶尔缺乏刷状缘的上皮细胞对BB也呈阳性反应。肾小球和近端小管对该酶无免疫反应性。
