Spirituality and spiritual care play a crucial role in providing more effective treatment for patients. The purpose of this study was to determine nurses' attitudes toward spirituality and spiritual care in an educational hospital in Iran. A significant association was found between nurses' spirituality/spiritual care attitudes and age, education level, and type of hospital ward employment (noncritical vs. critical care). Nurses' scores on attitudes toward spirituality and spiritual care suggest the need for more education in this area.
精神性和精神关怀在为患者提供更有效的治疗方面发挥着至关重要的作用。本研究的目的是确定伊朗一家教学医院护士对精神性和精神关怀的态度。研究发现护士的精神性/精神关怀态度与年龄、教育水平以及医院病房工作类型（非重症与重症护理）之间存在显著关联。护士在精神性和精神关怀态度方面的得分表明在这一领域需要更多的教育。
