To explore the value of microRNA-34a (miR-34a) as a diagnostic biomarker of gastric cancer development and prognosis.
PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, CNKI, Wanfang Database and Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) were searched according to the key words for the literature about the expression of microRNA-34a in the serum or tissues of gastric cancer patients. The data of gene expression were extracted and the data were analyzed by Stata 14.0 software to explore the significance of the difference of microRNA-34a expression in the development and prognosis of gastric cancer patients.
The expression of microRNA-34a was significantly lower in gastric cancer tissues and significantly lower in metastatic gastric cancer tissues. The 5-year survival rate of gastric cancer patients was also significantly lower.
The low expression of microRNA-34a can promote the progression of gastric cancer and reduce the prognosis of patients. MicroRNA-34a can be used as an important biomarker of gastric cancer progression and prognosis.
探讨 microRNA-34a(miR-34a)作为胃癌发生和预后诊断生物标志物的价值。
根据关键词检索PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、中国知网、万方数据库和基因表达综合数据库(GEO)中关于胃癌患者血清或组织中 microRNA-34a 表达的文献,提取基因表达数据,采用 Stata 14.0 软件进行数据分析,探讨 microRNA-34a 表达在胃癌患者发生发展和预后中的差异有统计学意义。
胃癌组织中 microRNA-34a 的表达明显降低,转移性胃癌组织中 microRNA-34a 的表达明显降低。胃癌患者的 5 年生存率也明显降低。
microRNA-34a 的低表达可促进胃癌的进展,降低患者的预后。microRNA-34a 可作为胃癌进展和预后的重要生物标志物。
