Abstract

Draft genome sequences of Corynebacterium macginleyi CCUG 32361 and clinical isolates NML 080212 and NML 120205 were assembled and studied. Genome sizes ranged from 2.35 Mb to 2.42 Mb, with G+C contents ranging from 57.1% to 57.2%.
