Abstract

A one-pot synthesis of triazolobenzodiazepine-containing polycyclic compounds is introduced. The reaction process involves a decarboxylative three-component [3 + 2] cycloaddition of nonstabilized azomethine ylides, -propargylation, and intramolecular click reactions.
