A novel aerobic bacterial strain, designated ZS60, with long, rod-shaped, Gram-staining-negative, aerobic cells was isolated from the soil in the Tianshan Mountains, Xinjiang, China. Phylogenetic analysis based on its 16S rRNA gene sequence indicated that strain ZS60 was affiliated with the genus Lysobacter, and was most closely related to Lysobacter daejeonensis GH1-9 (96.9 %), Lysobacter caeni BUT-8 (96.8 %) and Lysobacter ruishenii CTN-1 (96.7 %). The average nucleotide identity values between strain ZS60, L. daejeonensis GH1-9 and L. ruishenii CTN-1 were 78.14 and 78.39 %, respectively. The DNA-DNA relatedness between strain ZS60, L. daejeonensis GH1-9 and L. caeni BUT-8 were 44.8 and 39.1 %, respectively. The genomic DNA G+C content of the strain ZS60 was 67.7 mol% (draft genome sequence), and Q-8 was the predominant ubiquinone. The major cellular fatty acids of strain ZS60 were iso-C15 : 0 (23.4 %), iso-C17 : 0 (17.2 %) and iso-C17 : 1 ω9c (12.6 %). On the basis of genotypic, phenotypic and biochemical data, strain ZS60 is considered to represent a novel species of the genus Lysobacter, for which the name Lysobacterpsychrotolerans sp. nov. is proposed. The type strain is ZS60 (=CGMCC 1.15509=NBRC 112614).
一株新型好氧细菌菌株,命名为 ZS60,其细胞呈长杆状、革兰氏阴性、好氧,从中国新疆天山的土壤中分离得到。基于其 16S rRNA 基因序列的系统发育分析表明,菌株 ZS60 属于节杆菌属,与达州市节杆菌 GH1-9(96.9%)、根瘤节杆菌 BUT-8(96.8%)和瑞金节杆菌 CTN-1(96.7%)最为密切相关。菌株 ZS60 与 L. daejeonensis GH1-9 和 L. ruishenii CTN-1 的平均核苷酸同一性值分别为 78.14%和 78.39%。菌株 ZS60 与 L. daejeonensis GH1-9 和 L. caeni BUT-8 的 DNA-DNA 相关度分别为 44.8%和 39.1%。菌株 ZS60 的基因组 DNA G+C 含量为 67.7mol%(草案基因组序列),其主要的醌类为 Q-8。菌株 ZS60 的主要细胞脂肪酸为 iso-C15:0(23.4%)、iso-C17:0(17.2%)和 iso-C17:1ω9c(12.6%)。基于基因型、表型和生化数据,菌株 ZS60 被认为代表了节杆菌属的一个新型物种,建议将其命名为耐冷节杆菌 Lysobacterpsychrotolerans sp. nov.。模式菌株为 ZS60(=CGMCC 1.15509=NBRC 112614)。
