Abstract
We report about a 51-year-old woman with pseudoxanthoma elasticum and normal renal function. The ultrasound showed minimal calcifications in both kidneys. Ultrasound is a noninvasive method for screening patients with pseudoxanthoma elasticum for early signs of kidney disease.
