The nature of hemocirculatory and hormonal changes were studied in 68 patients with toxic goiter during lithium carbonate therapy. Thyroxine (T4), triiodothyronine (T3) and thyrotropin (TTH) levels, function of the cardiovascular system, tissue blood flow and vascular permeability were investigated. A significant decrease in T4 and TTH levels in the hemocirculation was observed in thyrotoxicosis patients under the influence of lithium carbonate prompting the return of disturbed myocardial function to normal and rapid restoration of microcirculatory disorders (the isotonic nature of cardiac activity turned into isometric).
对68例毒性甲状腺肿患者在碳酸锂治疗期间的血液循环和激素变化性质进行了研究。研究了甲状腺素(T4)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)和促甲状腺激素(TTH)水平、心血管系统功能、组织血流和血管通透性。在碳酸锂的影响下,甲状腺毒症患者血液循环中的T4和TTH水平显著降低,促使紊乱的心肌功能恢复正常,并迅速恢复微循环障碍(心脏活动的等张性质转变为等长性质)。
