Experimental studies with 640 mongrel male rats with transplants of Guerin carcinoma and DMBA-induced tumours were performed. Separate groups of animals were subjected to isolated effects of cryodestruction, radiation therapy with total doses of 60 or 30 Gy and combined cryoradiation treatment by different schedule. The study revealed that an enhanced efficiency of combined treatment is achieved essentially by a two-fold decrease in the total irradiation dose in combination with tumour focal cryodestruction.
对640只移植了格林癌和二甲基苯并蒽诱导肿瘤的杂种雄性大鼠进行了实验研究。将动物分成不同组,分别接受冷冻破坏、总剂量为60或30 Gy的放射治疗以及不同方案的冷冻放射联合治疗的单独作用。研究表明,联合治疗效率的提高主要是通过将总照射剂量降低两倍并结合肿瘤局部冷冻破坏来实现的。
