This study was conducted to study the coagulase () gene-based genetic diversity of , isolated from different samples of cattle from three different regions in East Java Province, Indonesia.
A total of 160 raw milk samples collected in East Java Province, Indonesia, were screened for the presence of . The presumptive isolates were confirmed by test. The confirmed isolates were subjected to gene polymerase chain reaction.
Of 160 different samples, 20 (12.5%) isolates of were confirmed by positive test. Of 20 isolates, 19 (95%) isolates carried gene. Six different genotypes of gene, i.e., 440 bp, 510 bp, 547 bp, 680 bp, 740 bp, and 820 bp were obtained. One genotypes, 510 bp (10 isolates) were observed in polymorphism to be more prevalent than the others, and the genotype was present in at least one isolates from every region.
It can be concluded that gene is easily epidemiological tool for detection of variation strain from .
本研究旨在研究从印度尼西亚东爪哇省三个不同地区的牛的不同样本中分离出的金黄色葡萄球菌基于凝固酶()基因的遗传多样性。
对在印度尼西亚东爪哇省收集的总共160份生乳样本进行金黄色葡萄球菌检测。通过试验确认推定的分离株。对确认的金黄色葡萄球菌分离株进行基因聚合酶链反应。
