Abstract

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) with respiratory involvement is less well known than cutaneous, articular and renal involvement. Clinical course is quite variable and dominated by pleural involvements. Tracheal stenosis is unusual, if not exceptional in patients with this disease. We here report a quite particular case of systemic lupus erythematosus revealed by tracheal stenosis with dry eye-buccal syndrome.

摘要

系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）合并呼吸系统受累的情况不如皮肤、关节和肾脏受累那么为人熟知。临床病程差异很大，且以胸膜受累为主。气管狭窄即便在该疾病患者中不属罕见，也是不常见的。我们在此报告一例颇为特殊的系统性红斑狼疮病例，其表现为气管狭窄并伴有干眼-口腔综合征。
