Abstract

We develop a simple method for sensitive detection of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) based on the ligase amplification reaction-catalyzed assembly of a single quantum dot (QD)-based nanosensor. This nanosensor requires only a single ligase enzyme to achieve ultrahigh sensitivity with a detection limit of 5.63 × 10 U mL, and can be applied for kinetic analysis, inhibitor screening, and ALP measurement in cell extracts.

我们开发了一种简单的方法,用于基于连接酶扩增反应催化组装基于单个量子点(QD)的纳米传感器灵敏检测碱性磷酸酶(ALP)。该纳米传感器仅需单种连接酶即可实现超高灵敏度,检测限低至 5.63×10 U mL,并可用于动力学分析、抑制剂筛选以及细胞提取物中的 ALP 测量。
