We report on 2 cases of oligoasthenoteratozoospermia due to therapy with valproic acid, which had been given on account of mal grand epilepsy in both cases. On first examination of the patients, the daily dose of valproic acid amounted to more than 1000 mg. After reduction to 150 mg daily, the sperm parameters returned to normal. One patient succeeded in pregnancy after 5 years of childless marriage.
我们报告了2例因丙戊酸治疗导致的少弱畸精子症病例，这2例患者均因严重癫痫而接受丙戊酸治疗。在首次检查时，患者丙戊酸的每日剂量超过1000毫克。将剂量减至每日150毫克后，精子参数恢复正常。其中1例患者在婚后5年未育后成功受孕。
