We report herein an efficient four-component photoredox-catalyzed reaction. Under the optimized conditions using [Ru(bpy)(PF)] as the photocatalyst, a wide range of terminal and internal alkenes can efficiently undergo azidoalkoxy-trifluoromethylation in the presence of Umemoto's reagent, carbonyl compound, and TMSN, giving rise to original and highly complex molecules in a single operation.
我们在此报告一种高效的光氧化还原催化的四组分反应。在使用[Ru(bpy)(PF)]作为光催化剂的优化条件下,在梅本试剂、羰基化合物和TMSN存在的情况下,多种末端烯烃和内烯烃能够有效地进行叠氮基烷氧基三氟甲基化反应,在一次操作中生成新颖且高度复杂的分子。
