Seventeen phenolic glycosides were isolated from the Their structures were identified by the spectroscopic data and comparison with literatures as isovanillyl alcohol-7----glucopyranoside (), benzyl -primeveroside (), benzyl----glucopyranoside (), 1----glucopyranosyl-4-(8-hydroxyethyl)-2-methoxyphenyl (), dehydrosyringin (), trans-ferulic acid-4----glucoside (), -ferulic acid 4----glucopyranoside (), glucosyringic acid (), 1--feruloyl---glucoside (), sachaloside VII (), (3, 5, 6, 7, 9)-megastigmane-7-ene-3-hydroxy-5,6-epoxy-9----glucopyranoside(), 3-hydroxy-4,5-dimethoxybenzyl alcohol (), pinoresinol 4----glucopyranoside (), eucommin A (), isoeucommin A (), acanthoside (), liriodendrin (). All these compounds except compound were isolated from the genus for the first time. In bioactivity assays for all compounds, the compounds and were exhibited strong antioxidant activity (IC = 18.11 and 16.29 μM respectively), while compounds and were exhibited strong PTP1B enzymatic inhibition (IC = 6.97 and 11.76 μM, respectively). Furthermore, the compounds and were presented strong inhibitory capacities against (14.5 and 13.5 mm, respectively).
