Abstract

pv. is an important bacterial pathogen that causes black rot and brings about enormous production loss for cruciferous vegetables worldwide. Currently, genome sequences for only a few pv. isolates are available, most of which are draft sequences. Based on the next-generation sequencing and single-molecule sequencing in real time technologies, we present here the complete genome sequence of strain WHRI 3811 race 1 of pv. , which is a type strain that has been extensively used. The genome data will contribute to our understanding of pv. genomic features and pave the way for research on pv. -host interactions.

摘要

丁香假单胞菌 pv. 是一种重要的细菌病原体,可引起黑腐病,给全球十字花科蔬菜造成巨大的产量损失。目前,仅有少数丁香假单胞菌 pv. 分离株的基因组序列可用,其中大多数为草图序列。基于新一代测序和实时单分子测序技术,我们在此呈现了 pv. 菌株 WHRI 3811 系 1 的全基因组序列,该菌株是一种被广泛应用的模式菌株。该基因组数据将有助于我们了解 pv. 的基因组特征,并为研究 pv.-宿主相互作用铺平道路。
