Abstract

A novel synthetic strategy for obtainment of (±)-3-deoxyradicinin () is reported. This synthetic methodology is more efficient than those previously reported in the literature and also shows higher versatility towards the introduction of different side-chains at both C-7 and C-2. The obtained compound (±)- shows phytotoxicity against the grass-weed buffelgrass comparable to that of the natural phytotoxin radicinin (). Therefore, (±)- can constitute a more practical synthetic alternative to as bioherbicide for buffelgrass control.

摘要

本文报道了一种新型的(±)-3-去氧野百合碱()的合成策略。该合成方法比文献中报道的方法更有效,并且在 C-7 和 C-2 位引入不同侧链的通用性也更高。所得化合物(±)-对杂草宽叶雀稗具有与天然植物毒素野百合碱()相当的植物毒性。因此,(±)-可以作为生物除草剂替代野百合碱来控制宽叶雀稗。
