BACKGROUND
Glomus tumors in the digital nerve are extremely rare. Multiple intraneural glomus tumors in different digital nerve fascicles have not been previously reported.
CASE PRESENTATION
We report the case of a 54-year-old male with a 1-year history of progressive numbness of the middle finger with point tenderness at the level of the middle phalanx. Surgical incision revealed the presence of two glomus tumors within different fascicles of the ulnar digital nerve of the middle finger. One tumor was excised along with surrounding fascicle, the other was removed leaving the fascicle intact. Subsequently, the patient regained function of the finger and no tumors have recurred.
CONCLUSIONS
Patients and physicians should be aware of the properties of intraneural glomus tumors so that early diagnosis and treatment can be sought.

位于指神经内的血管球瘤极为罕见，在不同指神经束内有多发性神经内血管球瘤尚未见报道。
病例介绍
我们报告了 1 例 54 岁男性患者，其病史为中指渐进性麻木，中指中节指骨处有触痛点。手术切口显示在中指尺侧指神经的不同束内存在 2 个血管球瘤。1 个肿瘤连同周围束一并切除，另 1 个肿瘤完整切除而保留束。随后，患者手指功能恢复，且无肿瘤复发。
结论
患者和医生应了解神经内血管球瘤的特性，以便能早期诊断和治疗。
