We report the synthesis of Cu-labeled folate-conjugated magnetic nanoparticles for positron emission tomography (PET)/magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)-based diagnosis of cancer. The citrate/hydrazine-stabilized Fe₃O₄ nanoparticles measuring ~50 nm were utilized for target synthesis. Radio-thin-layer chromatography (TLC) analysis shows the formation of Cu-labeled nanomaterial with a radiochemical purity of 82.17% and a stability of ~90% in buffer solution and human serum for 24 h. Moreover, the sample exhibited good cellular uptake in breast (SKBR3), oral (KB) and lung (A549) cancer cell lines.
我们报告了一种用于正电子发射断层扫描(PET)/磁共振成像(MRI)的基于癌症诊断的叶酸偶联磁性纳米粒子的铜标记合成。利用柠檬酸/肼稳定的 Fe₃O₄纳米粒子,其尺寸约为 50nm。放射性薄层层析(TLC)分析表明,在缓冲溶液和人血清中,形成了放射性化学纯度为 82.17%,稳定性约为 90%的铜标记纳米材料,24 小时后依然稳定。此外,该样品在乳腺癌(SKBR3)、口腔癌(KB)和肺癌(A549)癌细胞系中表现出良好的细胞摄取。
