Abstract
A group of nine patients with severe nodulocystic acne vulgaris were treated with oral 13-cis-retinoic acid and their acne cleared. During or after retinoid therapy, all patients underwent full-face dermabrasion. Postoperative healing was normal, and no significant complications were seen.

一组9例重度结节囊肿性寻常痤疮患者接受口服13 - 顺式维甲酸治疗，痤疮得以清除。在维甲酸治疗期间或之后，所有患者均接受了全脸磨皮术。术后愈合正常，未出现明显并发症。
