Abstract

Mucormycosis are a group of infections that affect principally immunocompromised host and have a high mortality. Liposomal amphotericin B is the first-line treatment with combined surgical removal of the infectious focus. We report the case of 67-year-old man with idiopathic granulocytic aplasia and a cutaneous lesion caused by treated with isavuconazole. Its safety profile and spectrum of activity make it an important therapeutic option.

摘要

毛霉病是一组主要影响免疫功能低下宿主且死亡率很高的感染性疾病。脂质体两性霉素B是一线治疗药物，并联合手术切除感染灶。我们报告了一例67岁患有特发性粒细胞发育不全且有皮肤病变的男性患者，该患者接受了艾沙康唑治疗。其安全性和活性谱使其成为一种重要的治疗选择。
