Abstract

The three-component coupling reaction of 1,1-dibromoalkenes , vinylzinc chloride , and carbon soft nucleophiles was realized in the presence of the catalytic palladium/Xantphos species, and 1,3-disubstituted allenic products were obtained in yields of up to 77%. The successive two palladium-catalyzed processes, namely the cross-coupling reaction and the allylic substitution, assembled from the easily accessible starting compounds.

在催化钯/联二萘酚膦物种存在下实现了1,1-二溴烯烃、乙烯基氯化锌和碳软亲核试剂的三组分偶联反应,得到了产率高达77%的1,3-二取代丙二烯产物。由易于获得的起始化合物组装而成的连续两个钯催化过程,即交叉偶联反应和烯丙基取代反应。
