Abstract
A case of calcified chronic subdural hematoma was presented. This patient was a 51-year-old man, who had a dizzy spell with headache and vomiting. He was examined by MR study as well as CT scan. The operation was performed and the calcified subdural hematoma was removed safely. MR study is very useful for the preoperative evaluation.

报告了一例钙化性慢性硬膜下血肿病例。该患者为一名51岁男性，曾出现伴有头痛和呕吐的头晕发作。他接受了磁共振成像（MR）检查以及计算机断层扫描（CT）。进行了手术，钙化性硬膜下血肿被安全切除。磁共振成像检查对术前评估非常有用。
