High-throughput sequence analysis revealed the complete genome sequence of a novel, hitherto uncharacterized strain of (CpCDV) from tomato plants in Kenya. The sequence shared its highest nucleotide similarity (88.7%) with two CpCDV isolates from Burkina Faso.
