Four new alkaloids, ficuhismines A-D (1-4), together with three known ones, were isolated from Ficus hispida. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis and chemical method. The new compounds represent the first amine alkaloids with a rhamnosyl moiety (1-2) or with a N-oxide motif (2-4) from the genus Ficus. Compound 2 showed potent inhibitory effect in nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) pathway luciferase assay with IC value of 0.52 ± 0.11 μM.
从榕树中分离出四种新生物碱,即榕皮胺A-D(1-4),以及三种已知生物碱。通过光谱分析和化学方法阐明了它们的结构。这些新化合物代表了榕属植物中首个带有鼠李糖基部分(1-2)或带有N-氧化物基序(2-4)的胺类生物碱。化合物2在核因子-κB(NF-κB)途径荧光素酶测定中显示出强效抑制作用,IC值为0.52±0.11μM。
