Abstract

Vascular bypass graft infection with following Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (BCG) immunotherapy for bladder cancer is an incredibly rare complication. We present the case of an 85-year-old man with a history of femorofemoral bypass who developed this complication over a year after BCG treatment. He was successfully treated with explantation of the polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) graft, redo bypass with vein graft, and antituberculous medical therapy.

摘要

卡介苗（BCG）免疫疗法治疗膀胱癌后发生血管旁路移植感染是一种极其罕见的并发症。我们报告一例85岁男性病例，该患者有股股旁路移植病史，在卡介苗治疗一年多后出现了这种并发症。他通过切除聚四氟乙烯（PTFE）移植物、用静脉移植物重新进行旁路移植以及抗结核药物治疗而成功治愈。
