Abstract

We isolated sp. strain JH63, which has steroid-degrading abilities, from human skin. The complete genome sequence showed that this strain possesses a 5,175,911-bp chromosome and a 162,832-bp plasmid with 4,525 and 159 coding sequences, respectively.
