Abstract

We report the synthesis and characterization of lactobionic acid-modified multifunctional polyethyleneimine-entrapped gold nanoparticles for targeted dual mode computed tomography/magnetic resonance imaging. The nanodevice displays good X-ray attenuation properties, good r relaxivity, and hepatocellular carcinoma targeting specificity, and can be used for targeted CT/MR imaging of hepatocellular carcinoma in vitro and in vivo.

摘要

我们报道了用于靶向双模态计算机断层扫描/磁共振成像的乳糖酸修饰的多功能聚乙烯亚胺包裹金纳米颗粒的合成与表征。该纳米装置具有良好的X射线衰减特性、良好的r弛豫率以及肝细胞癌靶向特异性,可用于体外和体内肝细胞癌的靶向CT/MR成像。
