Abstract
We report 2 cases of infective endocarditis in injection drug users due to infection. Although cardiac involvement is a frequent sequela of brucellosis and endocarditis is often seen with injection drug use, endocarditis in persons who inject drugs without zoonotic exposure has not been reported to date.

我们报告了2例注射吸毒者因感染导致的感染性心内膜炎病例。尽管心脏受累是布鲁氏菌病常见的后遗症，且心内膜炎常与注射吸毒有关，但迄今为止，尚未有关于无动物源性暴露的注射吸毒者发生心内膜炎的报道。
