We report in this article the cytotoxicity of sp. SS1-1 against the human lung cancer A549 cell line, its draft genome sequence and a total of 20 predicted secondary metabolite biosynthetic gene clusters. sp. SS1-1 was an endophytic bacterial strain isolated from the plant in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. When cultured in the PY medium, this strain shows a cytotoxic effect on the A549 cell line. The draft genome of sp. SS1-1 has four contigs of total 7,815,656 bp and the GC content of this genome is 72.2%. AntiSMASH analysis reveals 20 putative biosynthetic gene clusters for the largest contig. The genome sequencing of sp. SS1-1 is essential for the molecular identification of gene cluster(s) responsible for secondary metabolite(s) with cytotoxic activity.
我们在本文中报告了sp. SS1-1对人肺癌A549细胞系的细胞毒性、其基因组草图序列以及总共20个预测的次级代谢物生物合成基因簇。sp. SS1-1是从越南胡志明市的植物中分离出的一种内生细菌菌株。在PY培养基中培养时,该菌株对A549细胞系表现出细胞毒性作用。sp. SS1-1的基因组草图有4个重叠群,总长7,815,656 bp,该基因组的GC含量为72.2%。抗SMASH分析揭示了最大重叠群的20个假定生物合成基因簇。sp. SS1-1的基因组测序对于分子鉴定具有细胞毒性活性的次级代谢物的基因簇至关重要。
