Abstract

Three new acylphloroglucinol glucosides, rhodosides A-C (1-3), and three known ones (4-6) were isolated from the roots of Lysidice rhodostegia. The new structures were identified by MS, NMR, and acid hydrolysis. In addition, the antioxidant capacities of the isolated compounds were evaluated using DPPH radical-scavenging assay, and compounds 1-6 exhibited obvious antioxidant activities with IC values of 24.65 ± 1.27 to 38.11 ± 1.35 μM.

从秀丽崖角藤的根部分离得到三个新的酰基间苯三酚葡萄糖苷,即 rhodosides A-C(1-3),以及三个已知的化合物(4-6)。新结构通过 MS、NMR 和酸水解鉴定。此外,还采用 DPPH 自由基清除试验评估了分离化合物的抗氧化能力,化合物 1-6 表现出明显的抗氧化活性,IC 值为 24.65 ± 1.27 至 38.11 ± 1.35 μM。
