To investigate cyclophilin A in early second trimester of pregnancy before the onset of preeclampsia.
In this prospective case-control study, 51 pregnant women whose serum were collected and stored and who developed preeclampsia in later follow-up and 41 pregnant women as control group were included.
Maternal serum cyclophilin A levels in the study group who developed preeclampsia in later follow-up were significantly higher than those of normal healthy pregnant women.
Cyclophilin A may be a valuable predictor for pregnant women who subsequently develop preeclampsia in their pregnancies.
探讨先兆子痫发病前妊娠中期早期环孢素 A 的变化。
前瞻性病例对照研究，纳入 51 例血清采集和储存并在随访中发生子痫前期的孕妇为病例组，41 例正常健康孕妇为对照组。
随访中发生子痫前期的病例组孕妇血清中环孢素 A 水平明显高于正常健康孕妇。
环孢素 A 可能是预测孕妇在妊娠中发生子痫前期的有价值的指标。
