Abstract

Toosendanin (TSN), as an important Chinese traditional insecticide, has been registered and commercialized in China. In this report, the residual analytical methods, residue dynamics and final residues of TSN in tobacco, cabbage and soil under field condition were studied by IC-ELISA and HPLC. The sensitivity, precision and repeatability of IC-ELISA method were more suitable in comparison with HPLC for the demand of TSN residue analysis. Using IC-ELISA, the half-lives (t) of TSN were found to be 1.30 days in cabbage, 1.70 days in tabacco and 0.71 days in soil, respectively. At the recommended dose, the final residues of TSN detection by IC-ELISA was 0.009 mg·kg in cabbage and 0.043 mg·kg in tobacco, as well as was not detected in soil. Therefore, TSN is easily degradable, and IC-ELISA could be a convenient and supplemental analytical tool for monitoring TSN residue in crops and environment.

川楝素(TSN)作为一种重要的中国传统杀虫剂,已在中国注册和商业化。本报告采用 IC-ELISA 和 HPLC 法研究了川楝素在田间条件下烟草、甘蓝和土壤中的残留分析方法、残留动态和最终残留情况。与 HPLC 相比,IC-ELISA 法的灵敏度、精密度和重现性更适合 TSN 残留分析的要求。采用 IC-ELISA 法,川楝素在甘蓝中的半衰期(t)为 1.30 天,在烟草中的半衰期为 1.70 天,在土壤中的半衰期为 0.71 天。在推荐剂量下,IC-ELISA 法检测到甘蓝中川楝素的最终残留量为 0.009mg·kg,烟草中的残留量为 0.043mg·kg,土壤中未检出。因此,川楝素易降解,IC-ELISA 可作为监测作物和环境中川楝素残留的一种便捷、补充性分析工具。
