Abstract
We report on the clinical and histological features of lichen amyloidosus (3 cases) as well as localized nodular amyloidosis (2 cases: a man and a woman). Regarding lichen amyloidosus, our morphological and immunohistochemical findings suggest that amyloid is derived from keratinocytes. In nodular amyloidosis, the origin of amyloid may possibly be connected with plasma cells.

我们报告了3例苔藓样淀粉样变及2例局限性结节性淀粉样变（1例男性和1例女性）的临床和组织学特征。关于苔藓样淀粉样变，我们的形态学和免疫组化结果提示淀粉样物质来源于角质形成细胞。在结节性淀粉样变中，淀粉样物质的起源可能与浆细胞有关。
