Abstract

is a rapidly growing mycobacterial organism with unknown pathogenic features. Here, we report the complete genome sequence of sp. strain NIID-NTM18, which was isolated from a cardiac implantable electronic device infection and which is most similar to This sequence will provide essential information for future studies of the pathogenicity of these mycobacteria.
