To investigate the efficacy and safety of ab interno trabeculotomy using the VISCO360® Viscosurgical System (Sight Sciences, Inc., Menlo Park, CA, USA) combined with cataract extraction in the treatment of primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG).
Patients with POAG who underwent ab interno trabeculotomy combined with cataract extraction were retrospectively analyzed. Best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA), intraocular pressure (IOP), the number of antiglaucomatous medications, and complications were recorded preoperatively and 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years postoperatively.
Thirty-four patients (40 eyes) with POAG were included in this study, including 20 men (22 eyes) and 14 women (18 eyes). Compared with the preoperative IOP, the postoperative IOP was significantly lower at each time point. The greatest reduction in IOP was 60.7% at 1 month after surgery. The BCVA was also significantly improved at each postoperative time point. The number of antiglaucomatous medications used by the patients was significantly lower postoperatively than preoperatively.
Ab interno trabeculotomy combined with cataract extraction is effective and safe for treatment of POAG.
探讨使用 VISCO360® 粘弹剂手术系统（Sight Sciences，Inc.，美国加利福尼亚州门洛帕克）行内路小梁切开术联合白内障摘出术治疗原发性开角型青光眼（POAG）的疗效和安全性。
回顾性分析行内路小梁切开术联合白内障摘出术的 POAG 患者。记录术前及术后 1 周、1 个月、3 个月、6 个月、1 年和 2 年的最佳矫正视力（BCVA）、眼压（IOP）、降眼压药物的使用数量及并发症情况。
本研究共纳入 34 例（40 只眼）POAG 患者，其中男 20 例（22 只眼），女 14 例（18 只眼）。与术前 IOP 相比，术后各时间点的 IOP 均显著降低，术后 1 个月时眼压降低最明显，降幅为 60.7%。术后各时间点的 BCVA 均较术前显著提高。术后患者降眼压药物的使用数量明显少于术前。
内路小梁切开术联合白内障摘出术治疗 POAG 安全有效。
