We present the draft genome sequences of strains CM001 and CM004. The genomes are 4,147,089 and 4,191,074 bp with GC contents of 28.7% and 28.8%, respectively. Although both strains belong to the same species, whole-genome sequence-based analyses reveal that the strains are phylogenetically distinct.
