Abstract

A simple, eco-friendly, and efficient methodology for performing radical cyclizations of enynes/dienes with alcohols in water has been established. This methodology showed ease of scale up, and it was designed to use mild reaction conditions and no catalyst. It was also designed to employ KSO as a green oxidant and water as the solvent, conditions making this process clean and easy to operate, hence achieving the criteria of green chemistry.

已建立一种简单、环保且高效的方法,可在水中使烯炔/二烯与醇进行自由基环化反应。该方法易于放大规模,其设计采用温和的反应条件且无需催化剂。此外,该方法还设计采用 KSO 作为绿色氧化剂,水作为溶剂,这些条件使该过程清洁且易于操作,从而达到绿色化学的标准。
