To investigate the serum calprotectin (SCal) levels and neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio (NLR) values in patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).
Sixty-seven OSA patients and 46 healthy volunteers without any sleep disorders were included in the study. The patient group was divided into three subgroups according to the severity of OSA. The SCal levels and NLR values were compared among subgroups and between the experimental and control groups.
The mean SCal level and NLR value were higher in the study group than in the control group ( = 0.002 and = 0.001, respectively). The SCal levels were significantly higher in patients with severe OSA than in those with moderate and mild OSA ( = 0.004 and = 0.001, respectively).
Unlike NLR, the SCal level may inform the severity of OSA and could be used as an indicator for OSA.
探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停（OSA）患者的血清钙卫蛋白（SCal）水平和中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值（NLR）。
本研究纳入67例OSA患者和46名无任何睡眠障碍的健康志愿者。患者组根据OSA严重程度分为三个亚组。比较各亚组之间以及实验组与对照组之间的SCal水平和NLR值。
研究组的平均SCal水平和NLR值高于对照组（分别为 = 0.002和 = 0.001）。重度OSA患者的SCal水平显著高于中度和轻度OSA患者（分别为 = 0.004和 = 0.001）。
与NLR不同，SCal水平可能反映OSA的严重程度，并可作为OSA的一个指标。
