Abstract
We report a case of corneal fistulization which developed following acute hydrops in a patient with keratoconus. Treatment with thermokeratoplasty yielded good visual results. Corneal rupture and fistulization occurring after acute hydrops has been unreported. This case illustrates the need to be alert to these complications.

我们报告了1例圆锥角膜患者急性角膜水肿后发生角膜瘘的病例。热角膜成形术治疗取得了良好的视力结果。急性角膜水肿后发生角膜破裂和瘘的情况此前未见报道。该病例表明需要警惕这些并发症。
