To objectively analyze the gas tamponade area in patients with different concentrations of perfluoropropane (CF) after pars plana vitrectomy (PPV), retrospective analysis was performed in patients diagnosed with retinal detachment or macular hole and underwent PPV with CF tamponade of two concentrations (14% and 20%). The ultra-widefield fundus (UWF) images at one and 10 days and four weeks postoperatively were corrected using stereographic projection to adjust peripheral distortion. The gas-fluid interface curvatures were delineated using UWF stereographic projection images, and the gas-fluid area ratio and estimated gas area were calculated at each concentration. Among 65 eyes, 30 were in the 14% group and 35 were in the 20% group. The gas-fluid area ratio was 0.71 in the 14% group and 0.83 in the 20% group at 10 days (p = 0.046) and 0.27 and 0.45, respectively, at four weeks postoperatively (p < 0.001). The estimated gas area was 52.56 and 60.82 mm at 10 days (p = 0.025) and 19.83 and 33.86 mm at four weeks (p < 0.001). The gas tamponade areas were objectively shown to be greater under the 20% concentration than the 14% concentration of C3F8 at 10 days and 4 weeks postoperatively using UWF stereographic projection images.
为客观分析不同浓度全氟丙烷(CF)在经睫状体平坦部玻璃体切割术后(PPV)患者中的气体压迫区域,对诊断为视网膜脱离或黄斑裂孔且接受两种浓度(14%和 20%)CF 眼内压迫的 PPV 患者进行回顾性分析。术后第 1、10 天和 4 周应用超广角眼底(UWF)图像,采用立体视觉投影校正周边失真。使用 UWF 立体投影图像描绘气液界面曲率,计算两种浓度下的气液面积比和估计的气体面积。在 65 只眼中,14%组有 30 只眼,20%组有 35 只眼。在第 10 天,14%组的气液面积比为 0.71,20%组为 0.83(p = 0.046);术后 4 周,14%组和 20%组分别为 0.27 和 0.45(p < 0.001)。在第 10 天,估计的气体面积分别为 52.56 和 60.82 mm;术后 4 周,分别为 19.83 和 33.86 mm(p = 0.025)。应用 UWF 立体投影图像,术后第 10 天和 4 周时,20%浓度的 C3F8 气体压迫区域大于 14%浓度。
