This study will assess the effect of high-quality nursing (HQN) on alleviating depression and anxiety (DA) in patients with thyroid cancer (TC) during perioperative period (PPP).
We will search the following electronic databases (MEDLINE, EMBASE, PsycINFO, Cochrane Library, CINAHL, Web of Science, CBM, WANGFANG, and CNKI) from inception to the present and other literature sources without language limitation. All potential randomized controlled trials reporting on effect of HQN on DA in patients with TC during PPP will be considered for inclusion. Two researchers will separately carry out study selection, data extraction, and study quality evaluation. Any different opinion will be solved by a third author through discussion. All statistical analysis will be performed by RevMan 5.3 software.
We will appraise the effect of HQN on DA in patients with TC during PPP through assessing outcomes of depression, anxiety, pressure, quality of life, and adverse events.
This study will provide evidence to determine whether HQN is effective or not on DA in patients with TC during PPP. OSF REGISTRATION:: osf.io/sb5r8.

我们将检索以下电子数据库（MEDLINE、EMBASE、PsycINFO、Cochrane图书馆、CINAHL、科学网、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据和中国知网），从建库至当前，并检索其他无语言限制的文献来源。所有报道优质护理对甲状腺癌患者围手术期抑郁和焦虑影响的潜在随机对照试验都将被考虑纳入。两名研究人员将分别进行研究筛选、数据提取和研究质量评估。任何分歧将由第三位作者通过讨论解决。所有统计分析将使用RevMan 5.3软件进行。
我们将通过评估抑郁、焦虑、压力、生活质量和不良事件的结果，来评价优质护理对甲状腺癌患者围手术期抑郁和焦虑的影响。
