Abstract
A randomized study of 46 patients with classic and definite rheumatoid arthritis on chrysotherapy (25 patients--auranofin orally and 21--allochrysine intramuscularly) showed a therapeutic effect of both drugs. Allochrysine turned out more effective, it was not abandoned in any patients as a result of its inefficacy. However as compared to allochrysine auranofin was slightly better tolerated.
摘要
一项针对46例典型和确诊类风湿性关节炎患者进行的金疗法随机研究（25例患者口服金诺芬，21例患者肌肉注射阿洛西林）显示两种药物均有治疗效果。结果表明阿洛西林更有效，没有任何患者因无效而停用该药。然而，与阿洛西林相比，金诺芬的耐受性略好。
