Abstract

Chinese magnolia vine () is an economically important oriental medicinal plant that belongs to the Schisandraceae family. The complete mitochondrial genome sequence of was 946,141 bp in length. A total of 45 genes was annotated, including 30 protein-coding genes, 12 tRNA genes, and 3 rRNA genes. A phylogenetic tree based on the mitochondrial genome demonstrated that was most closely related to of the Schisandraceae family.

摘要

五味子是一种具有重要经济价值的东方药用植物,属于五味子科。五味子的线粒体基因组全长946,141 bp。共注释了45个基因,包括30个蛋白质编码基因、12个tRNA基因和3个rRNA基因。基于线粒体基因组构建的系统发育树表明,五味子与五味子科的华中五味子关系最为密切。
