Abstract

In this study, we determined the complete mitochondrial genome sequence of click beetle (Heyden, 1887) (GenBank accession no. MN306531) using next-generation sequencing (NGS) method. The mitogenome is 15,842 bp in length, consisting of 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), two ribosomal RNA genes (rRNAs), 22 transfer RNA genes (tRNAs), and one non-coding control region. The overall nucleotide composition was 41.6% A, 31.1% T, 16.9% C, and 10.4% G, with 72.7% AT, respectively. The gene arrangement is consistent with the typical insect mitochondrial genome. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that clustered into a clade with with high bootstrap support.

在本研究中,我们使用下一代测序(NGS)方法确定了叩头虫(Heyden,1887)(GenBank登录号:MN306531)的完整线粒体基因组序列。该线粒体基因组长度为15,842 bp,由13个蛋白质编码基因(PCGs)、两个核糖体RNA基因(rRNAs)、22个转运RNA基因(tRNAs)和一个非编码控制区组成。总体核苷酸组成分别为A占41.6%、T占31.1%、C占16.9%、G占10.4%,AT含量为72.7%。基因排列与典型昆虫线粒体基因组一致。系统发育分析表明,在高自展支持下,与聚为一个分支。
