Abstract

We determined the complete mitogenome sequence of (Faldermann) (GenBank accession no. MK792748). The mitogenome is 15,908 bp in length, consisting of 13 protein-coding genes, 22 transfer RNA genes, two ribosomal RNA genes, and one non-coding control region. The overall nucleotide composition was 40.8% A, 31.5% T, 17.4% C, and 10.3% G, with 72.3% of AT, respectively. Phylogenetic analysis based on the 13 coding protein genes nucleotide sequences revealed that clustered with the same genus species , and the three genus Eschscholtz, Eschscholtz and Eschscholtz had a close relationship.

我们测定了(法尔德曼)的完整线粒体基因组序列(GenBank登录号:MK792748)。该线粒体基因组长度为15908 bp,由13个蛋白质编码基因、22个转运RNA基因、两个核糖体RNA基因和一个非编码控制区组成。总体核苷酸组成分别为A占40.8%、T占31.5%、C占17.4%、G占10.3%,AT含量共72.3%。基于13个编码蛋白质基因核苷酸序列的系统发育分析表明,与同属物种聚在一起,并且埃施霍茨属的三个物种、和关系密切。
