Abstract

The complete chloroplast (cp) genome of , an endangered and endemic species in China, was first reported in this study. The cp genome was 157,434 bp in length, including two inverted repeat (IR) regions of 26,868 bp, a large single copy (LSC) region of 85,387 bp, and a small single copy (SSC) region of 18,311 bp. A total of 113 unique genes, including 79 protein-coding genes, 4 ribosomal RNA genes, and 30 transfer RNA genes, were annotated. The overall GC content was 38.8%. Phylogenetic analysis of 34 representative cp genomes within the genus suggests that was sister to .

本研究首次报道了中国一种濒危特有物种的完整叶绿体(cp)基因组。该cp基因组长度为157,434 bp,包括两个26,868 bp的反向重复(IR)区域、一个85,387 bp的大单拷贝(LSC)区域和一个18,311 bp的小单拷贝(SSC)区域。共注释了113个独特基因,包括79个蛋白质编码基因、4个核糖体RNA基因和30个转运RNA基因。总体GC含量为38.8%。对该属内34个代表性cp基因组的系统发育分析表明,该物种与另一物种互为姐妹关系。
