Abstract

is a rare and endangered plant species which is listed as a key protected wild plant in Zhejiang province, China. In our present study, we assembled the complete chloroplast (CP) genome of using high-throughput sequencing data. The whole genome sequence of is 157,289 bp in size, with a GC content of 37.1%. Sequencing analyses reveal that the CP genome encodes 133 genes, including 84 protein-coding genes, 8 rRNA genes, 37 tRNA genes, and four pseudogenes. Phylogenetic analysis results indicate that is clustered with , with a support value of 100%, and they are sister to the three species.

是一种珍稀濒危植物物种,在中国浙江省被列为重点保护野生植物。在我们目前的研究中,我们利用高通量测序数据组装了[植物名称]的完整叶绿体(CP)基因组。[植物名称]的全基因组序列大小为157,289 bp,GC含量为37.1%。测序分析表明,CP基因组编码133个基因,包括84个蛋白质编码基因、8个rRNA基因、37个tRNA基因和4个假基因。系统发育分析结果表明,[植物名称]与[另一植物名称]聚类,支持值为100%,它们是三个[某类植物名称]物种的姐妹群。
