Abstract

is a perennial plant in the Scrophulariaceae family with a high value of medicinal in Tibetan medicine. In this study, we assembled and characterized the complete chloroplast genome of as a resource for future studies on this species. The chloroplast genome was 152,789 bp in size, with a large single-copy (LSC) region of 83,642 bp, a small single-copy (SSC) region of 17,795 bp, separated by two inverted repeat (IR) regions of 25,676 bp each. A total of 131 genes were predicted. Phylogenetic analysis showed a close relationship between and with 100% bootstrap value.

是玄参科的一种多年生植物,在藏药中具有很高的药用价值。在本研究中,我们组装并表征了该植物的完整叶绿体基因组,作为该物种未来研究的资源。叶绿体基因组大小为152,789 bp,大单拷贝(LSC)区域为83,642 bp,小单拷贝(SSC)区域为17,795 bp,由两个各为25,676 bp的反向重复(IR)区域隔开。共预测到131个基因。系统发育分析表明该植物与另一植物之间存在密切关系,自展值为100%。
